First time Renting Unit

Hi Everyone,

I'm planning to rent out my 1 bedroom apartment on Purdy Street in a few months. Does anyone has any experience renting out their Parkchester apartment? What has your experience been like? Any advice? It's my very first time renting out my unit so I'm a bit nervous but hoping for the best.
