You can call Parkchester Security about the loud music, but you have to tell them which apartment the noise is coming from. I know your stress, it constant hammering and booming loud music upstairs and downstairs for me. The music from the Oval in the summer is annoying too, courtesy of Verizon.

I would like to break my lease as well im disgusted with the way they accept anybody to live in these buildings and all the noise the banging the music at late hours
where is security when they should be around trying to keep the noise level down with how loud they play this damn music they should be knocking on peoples doors and demanding them to be freakin polite and courteous
