It is impossible to live in these apartment when the weather is humid, so I suggest that your get the particular, pay the deposit (they won't set the appointment until you pay). It used to be $108.00, but I don't know if that price has risen like everything else. After you purchase get an appointment as early as possible because there is usually a waiting list for installation. Do not get installation by anyone other than management or you will end up paying for a fine, the removal, and reinstallation by management.
