My mother and I have been dealing with toilet issues for a total of two days. After receiving word that a plumber would be coming on Thursday, we then received a call saying they'd be coming the following morning (Friday). We've been waiting for hours now and to no surprise, no plumber showed up. After calling the management office and speaking to someone named George, we were then advised to call back AFTER 4:30pm to receive a visit from the night plumber. George claimed there was no appointment listed in the system and the next option would be to set up an appointment on Tuesday! and then not too long after that, George hung up the phone on me, like a punk ass bitch. I'm actually very tired of this complex. I think the workers are lazy, the security are extremely lazy and all they do is huddle around each other in front of storefronts without tending to the random stragglers who BOOST AND STEAL FROM STORES.
