How to register as a Parkchester landlord?

Years ago, I co-signed on my grandmother's Parkchester North condo mortgage. My grandmother recently passed and I now have a one bedroom condo on my hands. I would like to rent it out. What is the process to register as a landlord? Will the management office take a percentage of my rental income?
