I know your post was done back about three years ago but I will say this: from the most recent harassments being done to me by Parkchester Security, I wouldn't be surprised if its stemming from the actual CULPRITS (meaning the HIGHER UPS) of Parkchester Preservation Management. Obviously they do not care about their tenants, nor do they care about the safety of their tenants. And now they have security coming to ring our doorbells harassing us for no apparent reason. I no longer feel safe living here either. I can't even live here in peace anymore because of the bad management that's currently active at the offices. This explains why they cannot get people to move here, and its already 2013.

My partner and I were sexually harassed by 3 maintenance workers at Parkchester and was told by Chief Cowen (head of security) that our complaint was "emotional" and there was nothing they could do about Parkchester employees cat calling or harassing women in the buildings. Another story from a neighbor is about a security guard FOLLOWING HER HOME ALL THE WHILE BEGGING FOR HER NUMBER! THE MAN WAS MARRIED! Women should not feel victimized from such vulger unwanted attention. I pay a very high rent to feel safe and comfortable in my home. PARCHESTER MUST ADDRESS THESE COMPLAINTS OR WE WILL FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT! CONTACT ME!
