I am looking to rent a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment on the first floor for a year. I am coming from Puerto Rico and I had a foster care children's home. I will be closing it down, because the system over here is bad. My two children are handicapped, this is why I need an apartment on the first floor. If I may. I used to live in Pelham parkway as a child. I love the area it is very peaceful. I know you don't have to help me but I would love some help if you can find it in your heart. With either a one bedroom or two bedroom apartment on the first floor. I have my older children who live in the Bronx and one of them lives in parkchester and love it. All I would like to stay there for a year because I will be planning on going to Pennsylvania after that year. I will be going to open up a children's home because children need a safe place to go in Pennsylvania. So thank you to the person who reads this letter. God bless and I'll be praying.
