Heavy fire rages on top floor of Parkchester apartment building

Firefighters are working to contain a huge fire on the top floor of an apartment building in the Bronx.

Update:
The fire is officially under control along Olmstead Avenue near the Cross Bronx Expressway. No injuries reported.
