The PNC (Parkchester North Condominium) is seeking community minded individuals to volunteer to serve on the PNC (Parkchester North Condominium) Board of Managers. Any Parkchester North Condominium unit owner in good standing is eligible to run for the board.
Candidates should be able to: Commit to a 3 year term. Be available to attend board meetings once a month. Be available to attend committee meetings once a month. The Parkchester North Condominium board will be holding Board Member Education meetings before the annual meeting on June 1st for interested unit owners to learn about the responsibilities of serving on the Parkchester North Board of Managers and information on the schedule for those meeting will be mailed to you in the next few weeks. We will also be holding a Candidates Night prior to the annual meeting where candidates for the board will be asked to speak about their reasons for running, as well as there vision for Parkchester North Condominium. If you would like to run for the Parkchester North Condominium Board of Managers, please contact Laurette R. Gonzales at the management office. The deadline for submitting nomination forms is tomorrow, March 30, 2012. A slate of candidates, with biographies, will be mailed to all unit owners prior to the annual meeting. |
