Update: I made contact with company handling the Parkchester master satellite dish installations today, 2/11/13.
Parkchester DirecTV service is now up and running; orders are being taken. You can now place your Parkchester DirecTV orders at https://www.parkchesterinfo.com/internet-tv-phone In regards to Dish Network, the service is no longer available to Parkchester residents by way of master satellite dish, only DirecTV.
