Wife and I went yesterday evening, it wasn't a good meeting. The neglect has finally over shadowed the incompetence of management past and present. Now they need us to help them, after years of owners and tenants constantly telling them so. Parkchester isn't the same as when we purchased the unit some 30 years ago. I'm disabled and retired now and still waiting for a simple disability ramp to be installed so I can get into my building with less pain. We're now discussing selling and looking else where to live. The time has come. If you believe the increase is temporary, I have bridge you can have real cheap.
