The appeals court hearing has to be set up by ANNETTE Echeverte.
She runs the violations dept at 2000 E. Tremont. She'll put your name on a list and than you'll appear before a PARKCHESTER court hearing of PARKCHESTER admin personnel. You be required to bring your violation and proof that you were in the right of parking where you where. Photos of the location and other signs and of other vehicles parked there during the same times your vehicle was there. Be sure your pictures have date and time stamps and try and get them printed someplace cheap Walgreens or DUANE READE. There is a waiting list for the appeals hearing. I currently have an incident with PARKCHESTER and my soonest date is April 9 2016. Be sure you take measurements of the location where your tires where if there was a white line or the driveway markings signs but most important are other vehicles even PARKCHESTER security vehicles. |
