Parkchester is going to the dogs and that's all there is. So sad really nice little community but will soon become like the projects because it seems to me, who ever is running PPM cares about filling up space and care less about cleaning the building, keeping enough maintenance people employed to maintain the building and they don't adhere to their own policy of no dogs allowed. 10yrs here and it saddens me that my family and I will have to move, I see the demise coming,why PPM does not stick to their own rules. You call security now about noise and they don't even care they respond an hour later, ask about dogs they act like they don't hear the question.
