The appeals court hearing has to be set up by ANNETTE Echeverte.
She runs the violations dept at 2000 E. Tremont.
She'll put your name on a list and than you'll appear before a PARKCHESTER court hearing of PARKCHESTER admin personnel.
You be required to bring your violation and proof that you were in the right of parking where you where.
Photos of the location and other signs and of other vehicles parked there during the same times your vehicle was there.
Be sure your pictures have date and time stamps and try and get them printed someplace cheap Walgreens or DUANE READE.
There is a waiting list for the appeals hearing. I currently have an incident with PARKCHESTER and my soonest date is April 9 2016.
Be sure you take measurements of the location where your tires where if there was a white line or the driveway markings signs but most important are other vehicles even PARKCHESTER security vehicles.

Thank you for responding and the information you provided.
My ticket states the issuing agency as 'PKCH' but I will follow up with Annette Echvrte at 2000 E.Tremont. Like you state I don't think that PARKCHESTER Security has the authority to issue traffic violation tickets but if they are I want to find out how that is possible to say the least.
Please tell me more about PARKCHESTER having a waiting list for appeals in court.

Unfortunately PARKCHESTER unit owners have been left out to dry, due PARKCHESTER condo president Abu Shakoor who won't support owners let alone has forced the 15% increase on all unit owners.
Abu Shakoor has no pull to assist you with security. All he'll do is deliver your complaints to security and they file it.
Be sure your ticket is from NYPD because PARKCHESTER security can not officially give traffic violations. If you need to see if you have an official violation check with ANNETTE Echvrte at 2000 E.Tremont.
PARKCHESTER has an appeals court but with a waiting list.

On December 28, 2015 at 8:26 PM my car was ticketed for obstructing the driveway on 1990 E. Tremont. I have been a unit owner for 10years and that driveway has never been used. I like many other residents park there on a regular basis. Security the same people that issued the ticket also park there. This ticket is bogus and security should not get away with issuing residents tickets that are not legal. I would like to hear from anyone else who has been issued a ticket at 1990 E. Tremont before I submit my not guilty plea. I know for sure that three other cars along with mine were fined last night. It was nasty outside and too dark to take pictures with my phone. I will take pictures with my camera for the next two weeks in an attempt to build my case. We need to unite.
