When will the tax abatement end for the following buildings:

1680 METROPOLITAN AVE
1521 UNIONPORT ROAD

I do not have an easy answer for you. This is calculated by NYC DOF depending on the assessed value and your common area square footage per unit, not per building.

why is maintenance not reflect reduction, if bill is paid on loan and abatement over?
